Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing consulting services. This experience includes: Project manual development, including roofing specifications and drawings; bidding and contract administration; evaluation of roofing systems for litigation support and appearance as an expert witness; preparation of condition survey reports; nuclear moisture surveys and capacitance moisture surveys; inspection of hot and cold-applied built-up roofing; modified bitumen and single-ply sheet membranes, and steep roofing.; and laboratory analysis of roofing and waterproofing materials.
At Applied Materials and Engineering, Inc., since 2005, the technical staff under Mr. Sullivan’s direction provides roofing and waterproofing consulting, development of roofing plans and specifications, preparation of roof management plans, evaluation of existing conditions and failure analysis, design review, testing and inspection of roofing systems, roofing material technology, leak detection, and nuclear moisture surveys and capacitance moisture surveys.
